There is a table-top game for star wars ships, and they make a Sabine Tie - https://www.fantasyflightgames.com/en/products/x-wing/products/sabines-tie-fighter-expansion-pack/ Not sure how big/small it is, but somebody does make it :) By the way, if you want to get why the troopers at the beginning behave as they do, please watch the shorts - they're on D+ and are only 4mins each. Frankly they are great fun and I wish they'd made more - essentially little character piece intros for the main characters, but really worth your time. Please do watch them all and consider them a bonus season 1 episode
