Mr. Immortal is committing bigamy many times over. To be declared legally dead a person must have their death signed off on by a doctor or medical examiner. Whenever a patient is coded and we as medical staff do manage to get them back with CPR that does not mean their marriages and legal commitments ended just because they were clinically dead for a bit. Clinical death & legal death are two very different things. It’s a little strange a lawyer show didn’t know that. That’s the first thing an attorney would have advised him. You have never been legally dead unless you had a death certificate produced. The way he just popped up off that car is not a definition of being legally dead.
