August Commentary Track - Face Off

Even the final four were all winners. But y'all decided, by a narrow margin, for the seminal 90's action movie Face Off. And what a pick it was, as Jay had never seen it. So sit back, relax, get some popcorn and rub your hand down a loved one's face as we comment on Face Off!

Also, the nineties was a cool rarity margin for action movies. Anything before the wall fell, you would simply have the Russians be the bad guys for American heros. In the 2000s ... They shifted the bad guy focus. Then because the international box office offset major budgets, we added and attacked aliens and superhero villians (as metaphor/s). But the 90s... Ahhh the 90s... Domestic terrorism... Individual bad guys... True Adam... All the GREAT 80s... with new and exciting non-sovereign motivations. 💗🍑
