I really hope you watch semantic error its a much lighter hearted one in comparison to this which was like dipping your toes into the depend with lead boots on

Vegas chose his dad’s narcissistic survival strategy of using and abusing others to feel safe by trying to feel “better than” others. Basically the two choices we all think we have. Love and “faith in” or judgement because of “fear of”. It’s that simple… okay maybe it doesn’t sound simple but it really is.

If you wanna stay Thai, I Told Sunset About You is a coming of age style gay realization story that would feel more familiar to you, and it is one that is just Amazingly done. If you wanna try the origin country of BL aka Japan, and a story with a rarer theme of middle age crisis combined with gay realization, there's Old Fashioned Cupcake the masterpiece. That would be a really nice short (2h total) and refreshing watch for you after the ordeal that was KP with all its twists haha

Also I just want to remind you, bc you seem to have forgotten; but during the time Pete was held captive he had a whole conversation with Vegas about how his father abused him and that people who are hurt, hurt others. It's also actually quite funny because there's a Thai singer and actor called Daou, and him, his sister and his brother are all queer. Jeff Satur (Kim) is in a new movie "The Paradise of Thorns" releasing on Netflix on the 9th of January. It tackles topics such as the consequences queer people go through due to same sex marriage not being legal. I'd love to see your reaction and thoughts on it. Another two of my favourite bl series are: "I told sunset about you" - it's focused on the feeling of coming to grips with your queerness. It's honestly such a beautiful story. "Century of Love" - it's also similarly about coming to grips with being queer and outgrowing traditional beliefs. (both of these bl couples are actually dating irl. They're private but not a secret as we say) If you're interested in gl series: "Gap" - is the most iconic gl (was a big reason gl became so popular) and is a must watch. The chemistry is amazing and they portray emotions so realistically. "The Secret of Us" - also has amazing chemistry. The plot is very engaging. It's very emotional at times.

The amount of dialogue you missed when you looked away and/or forgot about from previous episodes - Uncle Thee (the fit Uncle according to Alex), wasn't their actual Uncle, but someone sent from the Main Family to look after them, however, due to his gambling problem he ended up causing them loads of debt issues - Vegas was on the side of his Dad the whole way through - According to Gun's version, Porsche's Mum was adopted by the Main Family after Korn & Gun's Dad slaughtered her whole family - Porsche has the phoenix his Mum drew tattooed on his shoulder - Kim & the Daddy Bodyguard both knew Korn was still alive - Tankhun's surprise on the boat was 2 of the Bodyguards dressed as his dead fish from Episode 2 There's definitely more. Love this series, please please please watch more BL's

If I could suggest the sequel to UWMA which is Between Us is also top notch with Boun and Prem....who are just amazing actors.

The leads have such great chemistry and it really shows more of a day to day life compared to Kinnporsche or other more extreme plot driven shows.

I’m just glad Kinn and Porsche got a happy ending. I think what makes this show so appealing is the chemistry between the two actors, Mild and Apo. Both on and off screen, they truly are there for each other. They’re going to be releasing another show together soon so maybe there’s a reaction for that in the future. Also, the production quality on this one is so great. It’s rare to see BLs and even western LGBTQ shows that feel like they actually have a budget.

But I gotta say it's the first part of ep 1 that truly hooked me. I think if folks are aware of the trigger and can get through that first part, the story is just so engrossing that they'd def be hooked. But I can def understand the triggers may be too much for some folks.

But I did suggest it to another reactor channel and after watching the first episode, they took down their channel and haven't been seen since! And it is 17 episodes, so it'd take them a year to finish. :-)

You softie-and I love that! Thanks so much for all your KinnPorsche reactions, because there are almost none out there in the ether and I knew as soon as I saw you were going to react to it that it was going to be a real rollercoaster for you and for us. I’m going to leave the analysis of the finer points of the finale to others, but I hope you saw Korn as the chess Grand Master and how all the pieces on the board had been skilfully played all along…Please do react to other BL series, having emerged intact from this one, which really isn’t like any others that I have seen. There’s almost too much to choose from, but Love in the Air is great and 4 Minutes would allow Josh to get all excited about Bible once again as he’s amazing in that. 👏🏼❤️

I would say if you're gonna do another BL switch it up and go for something more wholesome (bad buddy, my school president, the eight sense etc) and skip the toxic/murdery ones for now (only friends, heart killers, My stand-in). Come back to those later. It will give you a different side of the BL genre and a more well rounded view.

I'm now obsessed with BLs series and now I watch more BL series than I do non-BL series. I love how BLs are queer stories, but there is definitely diversity in them, especially nowadays. If you guys do continue to foray into BLs, my recommendation is def UWMA...of all BLs I've recommended to folks, UWMA is the one that made them as obsessed as I am...LOL I loved your reactions to KinnPorsche and can't wait to see if ya'll continue watching the occasional BL!

The Hapsburgs did it all the time, Queen Victoria and Prince Albert were cousins and so were Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip...ijs Love the new set! If I could suggest that you maybe make the couch a little higher? Your faces do get behind the playback a bit, and it feels like all the action is concentrated in the middle when you have lots of unused space. But a great improvement...congratulations! I really like the way this story was told: you couldn't believe what you heard or saw, and I think that's a good lesson in how to consume all kinds of media these days...you really need to take a minute and consider what you've seen before reacting because you don't have all the information you need to make an informed decision. Also, you have to do a little work to make it make sense, which most of us aren't used to doing. My take is this: Namphueng was the daughter of a powerful rival mafia family, who Korn's dad 'adopted' (more like took hostage). When she went out on her own and started her family, Korn's dad started to eliminate her and her husband's families and she had to come up with a plan to save her kids from getting killed, so she got together with her childhood buddy Korn. They sacrificed her husband's life and her future so that people, especially Gun, would think they were all dead. That last scene...the look in her eyes, made me think she's nowhere near as brain damaged as anyone thinks. (Also, the picture she was working on is two pairs of doves, one black pair and one white pair...make of that what you will.) So it becomes a classic story of the peasant, Porsche, who discovers he's actually the Queen. Archetypal hero's journey according to Joseph Campbell. And I would absolutely watch a remake where all the guns were replaced by spoons! So Monty Python. Congratulations on making it through...gays just get shit done!

Maybe Kim was just the kinda protective brother type and/or Porschay needed more time to process, since it was his first love who hurt him. Yeah it seems to take a lot to get rid of Vegas 😆 I hope you continue down the BL/GL road, and yes maybe an a bit lighter one next time(more romantic drama/romcom/comedy, not another action/crime just yet), and you have so many recommendations to choose from, so I'm looking forward to what you choose.
