That's probably normal if the objects you're scattering are high poly and/or there are a lot of them. What I would suggest is watching my environment optimization guide which is on my patreon too. I show you how to set up proxies which solves the issue of viewing too many objects in the scene at once. Also, it's completely normal for the viewport to not be able to display all the objects you are scattering. Typically for me I only view the objects I'm scattering in the render, then adjust settings, and render again to view. Hope it helps :)

Hello! I've been trying to transfer these nodes into larger plane but I can't seem to make it work without causing massive lag. I have RTX3070.. do you have any suggestion on how I can tackle on this issue?

Whenever I adjust the Noise texture scale, only the objects adjust size...not the scale over the plane how you example reacts. But great refresher, thanks!!
