October Check in

First let me just say that I'm super grateful for all of the support that I've gotten thanks to Unfair, New Narnia, Rattled, the Rip, and the Gold Tier Commissions.  

Thank you so very much.  I have a tendency, as a person, to feel like I'm in too deep or biting off more than I can chew, and it feels good to know that I'm still entertaining folks.

Speaking of Biting Off More Than I can Chew: Next week is likely to be relatively quiet for me.

Gotta do some housekeeping first week of November.  Just too much "adulting" stuff piled up.

Don't worry, Unfair will still be here on Saturday.  Keeping that as a constant deadline has actually been really good for my creativity and momentum overall.

Taking a moment though to the other stories I'm currently writing.

-New Narnia: Left on quite a twist. One that I'd been planning from the moment I introduced Charlie.  Go back and re-read that first Charlie Chapter. There was no subtle way to hint at the exact twist, but I did say "This isn't his story. Not yet."  Charlie was always gonna be a bigger part in the story than just being Red in Shawshank, and it was fun to throw a monkey wrench in the "Main character with just a mom" trope.  Thank you to the commissioner for letting me do it.  The Drama is only gonna ramp up from there.

- The Rip: Has a lot of fun and intricate (and admittedly kind of sweet), altered reality AR stuff planned that I'm looking forward to.

-Rattled: Definitely a fun character analysis, and there's at least two more installments coming before we wave "Bye bye" to Wally.

All 3 of these pieces are commissions and WILL be updated in November.

I stopped using the "Commission" tag, because when everything besides one or two projects is a Commission, the tag becomes kind of redundant.

If you're wanting a commission from me, I will have a slot open as soon as one of these three are done.

Speaking of why I'm talking about it here. I love that y'all are talking and interacting with each other in the comments of all the stories, and I love the feedback and engagement.  I've just been possessed with some neurotic digital stage fright, as well as not wanting to overinfluence people's opinions outside of the initial text.

That's why I've been quiet.

Finally, based on my records I have 3 gold tier requests left, and fingers crossed, I hope to finish them before December.
