It's always funny to watch Wendy take down Cartman. Continuing with Butters acting out of pocket, I would recommend S16E11 "Going Native".

Casey - The kid is homage to Casey Kasem who used to do the top 40 countdown on the radio until he retired. He was known for his voice and reading letters that started with "Dear Casey" 2 - When Cartman goes to video for the morning announcments, they're poking fun at poltical pundit Glen Beck. Who used to have a show on Fox News until he went crazy. His motto was always "I'm just asking questions. 3 - Dances with Smurfs is a play on the movie Dances with Wolves, where Kevin Costner's character becomes part of the Native American tribe that he was supposed to be wiped out as a US cavalry soldier. Just wanted throw it out there for you guys. :)
