You might not have caught it, but at the end of this episode, Jerry calls Kramer "Kessler". In season 1, episode 1cof Seinfeld, he was known as Kessler. Jerry's real life neighbor was Kenny Kessler. In the pilot the characters name was Kessler. But that pissed off the real neighbor. So they changed the characters name to Kramer in the next episode.

Based on what you've already watched, I recommend these episodes to get caught up before the finale: "The Library", "The Handicap Spot", "The Wig Master", & "The Diplomat's Club".
