Seinfeld is one of the most influential comedies of all time and maintained a pretty consistent style throughout even if it did shift or morph at times. South park is good but not only does it not have a consistent style, it's pretty drastically different depending on which era you're in. And frankly, the early episodes are pretty rough. Even the creators don't like them as much. Also south park has 20+ seasons, seinfeld has 9.

By skipping around, you’re missing a lot of great material. Seinfeld is good, but I wouldn’t watch it again—I’ve already seen each episode more than five times.
