The dub translation isn't my favorite. It is somewhat liberal in its translation of certain sections. I'll probably drop this if you continue the dub, but you do you.

2024-07-30 15:05:23 +0000 UTCAs i said, recency bias anime will always win in polls, if you put anything new and popular even bigger older shows will have no chance, that's why i recommend for the future to juggle the polls, one with new shows one with older and so one, otherwise always the new stuff win pretty much. Im not a big slice of life fan but will watch it with you guys anyway, praying for Mushoku in future anyway, it was second place.

2024-07-30 11:46:12 +0000 UTCI really liked the dub all throughout Frieren. I usually watch dub though for most things, especially with more modern anime I've seen where it's generally pretty good. Unless a voice is particularly annoying to listen to, but that can be in sub or dub. Dub also allows me to fully appreciate the entire artwork and catch everything they are saying without having to speed read through some parts or missing something if I turn away for a second. Glad you two are liking the show already though, I stumbled across is a couple months ago and couldn't stop watching.

2024-07-30 07:50:37 +0000 UTCfor Hunter x Hunter next few arcs in manga are actually bigger in scope/influence on the world than Chimera Ant arc. It's very similar with TYBW in Bleach. Can't wait for you guys to catch up with craziness that awaits you.
