I really like manga that make good of use of elements like these, they give the page a lot of life and dynamism. However when poorly done these can make the page look like a wall full of graffiti; an unintelligible mess. Here I think I used just enough, at least enough to fill the dead air due to the lack of dialogue. BTW, it's not a continuity error, Uzaki's skirt was removed off-camera, I just felt that drawing an extra panel with that detail would hinder the flow... โ(๏ฟฃใฎ๏ฟฃ)โ
