I cry at Envys death every time despite the awful things they did. But I can sympathize with all the homunculus. They were literally made to be evil. They really had no choice. Greed being the one exception because of what greed is at it's core.

It might not be the most hyped, or intense, but the story is so solid from beginning to end that it still makes it my #1 anime of all time

2021-08-20 20:02:59 +0000 UTCFullmetal Alchemist is THE manga/anime for me. My No.1 favorite of all time! It's hard to judge an anime when it is not finished. And I have no respect for any anime that's over 200+ episodes. I mean, there has to be a difference between genuinely wanting to tell a story and trying to milk a franchise (*cough* One Piece *cough*). When an anime has gone on for 20+ years, I seriously doubt they will know how to end it properly.

Then in this scene where she wanted to stop Mustang from killing Envy, she said in the manga "please don't go where I can't follow" and I just 😭😭

All the actuality of the homunculi lust is the hardest to portray other than being either a sexy woman or man. I mean it's just kinda forced to fit a niche, the original anime series puts an interesting twist on Lust.

There are so many good anime's out there, but this one tells such a complete story and is so rewatchable! I feel bad that you guys are only watching 2 episodes at a time because there are some really crazy episode cliffhangers coming up.
