He is doing better, less pain then the past few days been giving him home made fresh food with all the nutrients dogs need, also some homeopathic safe drugs and pain relief. He's able to walk and rest comfortably. Unfortunately he still has the cancer lump on his back which I'm afraid may not be able to be removed.. I will ask the Vet more about it tomorrow
