(I refer only specifically to the first panel)... _:(x_x」 ∠):_ As you all know, I am basing all these scenes on photographic references in order to practice anatomy. I think that without a doubt it would have been much easier to take references from the drawings of some other artists, but the truth is that I want to develop my own "sense of anatomy". (Anatomical style?) This certainly looks better than anything I could have drawn without using references, but I'm also not completely satisfied with the way I translated the actual body shapes into the more simplified forms of anime anatomy...__φ(．．;) So yeah, this pose was a huge challenge and it really came back to bite me for trying to move too fast... ┐( ´ д ` )┌
