Thinking about changing my strategy

These are the results from my new video. Now I understand that mouth sounds videos ALWAYS get more views, but hear me out.
For this video I decided to go all out with the thumbnail (my 2 previous videos also had a better thumbnail than usually) and go all out with the title. So I am thinking about approaching this ASMR stuff in a more fun/funny way. I remember years ago with my 1st asmr channel it was super easy to get views, recognition and subscribers. ASMR became more popular (more people started doing it) and I guess nowadays it's really hard to go "viral". Or maybe previously I was using a mask and it was kind of like a mystery and people watched it becasue of it? Hmmm idk.
But what I'm thinking is: making much better thumbnails that will stand out on the page to catch someone's eye and also make funny, edgy titles for the videos.
Not many people do these types of titles, right? Maybe it can be something new for me to stand out and make people smile? idk, what do you think? :)

You gotta keep track and see what triggers are popular. Trends move fast so u gotta be quick with it and dont post a "trendy" video a month down the line cause the popularity of it already moved on. And make it clear what the trendy trigger is in the thumbnail, gotta use a good photo editing software, make it bright or colorful, big text, with you in it. To catch peoples eyes. Most of your thumbnails are pretty dark, which doesnt stick out to the eye and people will scroll on by. Alot of thinking goes into tackling the algorithm, but youll get there soon♡

But i think another way to get more views is keeping up with trends, i know thats kinda eh, cause it feels better to make more unique content that youre proud of instead of following a wave, but you can do both. Still make your unique vids, but every now n then follow a trend. Also being interactive with audience and listening to their suggestions, but i feel like you do that part pretty well.
