Therapy is going good.

I had 3 sessions so far. On my last one I was told about some techniques that can help me. Whenever I feel anxiety kicking in, I should focus on things around me that I see and start naming them by saying what they are. There's another option- focus on sounds around me and say what they are as I hear them. There's also a 3rd option- regulating my breath and then when I breath out, breath out as much as I can until I start feeling uncomfortable, hold for about 3 seconds and then breath in. Repeat the process. I was told I should train this breathing technique for 5 minutes twice a day.

For those who don't know, I may be doing an asmr whispered video on this, just so you could know something more about me. It would be a really personal video, but I wouldn't be touching on the specifics of why i am the way i am, but I'd make it so you could understand the circumstances of my therapy better.
