Added 2024-08-18 20:47:49 +0000 UTCHello dear Fans, the next update for ImpregDef will be posted very soon. During the week I caught a flu which kept me in bed. But not only that, because I started working on windows10 and 11 I noticed that my folder browser doesn't work anymore on those systems. Usually Windows was very backwards compatible. But win10/11 ist not. I wonder if wine is more compatible than windows itself. In anyway, the longer I was without my folder browser the more I noticed having problems to browse my pron stash efficiently and finding stuff. I tried a lot of programs to solve this problem. But none was any useful to rate, tag, preview and filter folders and galleries. So I rewrote the folder browser which was perfect for me with html, js, css and nodejs. And it's great to have it again. It really makes a huge difference. Because it now works in the browser (firefox) instead of flash there are some ugly limitations, like not being able to save a file automaticly and no way of opening a local folder link in windows explorer. But it also has advantages like easily to edit css, javascript and custom tags. I will publish this local product/gallery browser here soon for anyone who wants to use and/or edit. But first I want to replace the json with javascript because browser can open local js files but not local jsons without changing the browsers security settings. Really not a fan of the web consortium and their ideas. And I want to make a short video tutorial what it looks like and how to set it up. It's not as simple as the flash product/gallery browser because html, but once you get it working it's definitely useful for big collectors. Cheers AGlassOfMilk
