I'm happy to announce that the first 0.8 pre-release has just been launched! Windows, MacOS and Linux builds are attached to this post. Download and extract them to play!

This pre-release includes the previously announce time limit feature and play style settings, as well as some new advanced map functionality.

Please note that there are a handful of placeholder assets still being used in some places.

A few notes about the pre-release:

This being a pre-release, bugs new and old are likely! Please let me know of any new bugs you encounter by commenting below or sending me an email.

theres this mod named "modifiable level builders" on gamebanana that changes how the game makes the levels and it also lets you change the timer on the levels, i think the timers are only for taking too long though

the timer is way too generous. Make it 1.5-2mins for level 1, 4 mins for level 2 and at least 5.5-6 mins for level 3. also make it so i could have a custom timer for each level or something like that

Here's a suggestion: When angry Mrs. Pomp is at the door of the room you're in and an external force other than the player opens the door (while they are in the range to be able to click on the door to open it), Mrs. Pomp should appear, OR (since currently, NPCs opening doors at the room that Mrs. Pomp is standing outside don't currently trigger her appearance) clicking on the door that the external force opened while it still is open won't trigger her (so only the player clicking on the door to open it while it's closed will trigger her) Also, if I'm not wrong, getting Math Machine questions wrong before Baldi finishes his countdown doesn't matter apart from missing out on some YTPs, but I think that it makes sense to immediately trigger Spoop Mode. And also, why did you remove the non-Math-Machine classrooms in Floors 2 and 3? I think they should be added back for extra variety and challenge (though there could be less than pre-V0.4, or they could only occur in Floors 3)

Here's a bug I found: Sometimes, during "School's out," Principal may not turn off rooms' lights off after leaving them even when he should, such as when you use the Principal's Whistle in some circumstances (I think at least). Also, not necessarily a bug, but I think is unwanted: NPCs like Baldi tend to repeatedly go out of and back in rooms they already went into just before while wandering. Them staying in the same region of the school for a long time is boring when you just so happen to be hiding in it, and they may take minutes to get out, for example.

I found a bug where if you're still hovering on the map markers then press m while you're still hovering then you will see it on the map and it's weird but it's not the normal way it does not have the checkpoint things so fix this bug please

I've actually seen Math Machines with the regular texture, usually just one or two though by the elevator where you start from.. pretty weird. I also think it's not just a texture issue, since I wasn't able to answer the actual Bonus Question after collecting all notebooks on a machine that was already using that texture

so McGonagall if you're reading this then maybe you should add a new setting in the game settings where you can select your own times for each level for your own preferences on a time limits it will be good for challenge, experiments, and preference on how good players

You know that time limit test feature that makes all timers 1 minute. It actually does exactly what you are asking and I'm hoping I can keep mystman to keep it in somehow (yes it is possible to beat).

Recently, I played the pre-release again and have experienced something I never would have thought was a mechanic! So, I had the time limit test mode set and decided to play a few runs with it. On floor two, I was almost about to escape but the time limit ran out and the principal caught me. Usually, my strategy is to be sent by the principal so when he leaves the office, he turns off the lights and gives me a good hiding spot. The problem was that their was a window to a room that still had the lights on. When the principal left the office, there were no dark spots to hide in, causing me to lose a life. I do not hate this! Please keep it in! I found this very cool and very funny when this happened! I don't think I have the seed for this run though. I absolutely love this game and all these fun interactions!

Here's a bug I found: When I gave the Bus Pass to Johnny, I could still hear the sound of Baldi's bus even though it had disappeared. If the seed is relevant, it happened on -1142306634. By the way, Johnny just so happened to give me 3 gold pluses. Also, please add a keyboard shortcut to copy the seed of the current level to your clipboard.

Also, the playstyles should be in a menu, and not just in the settings. Also, please keep the 1 minute timer setting as an actual option.

Also, I'd suggest adding icons for the newly added buttons on the advanced map. Also, you should add the time out timer for the quick map (I'd suggest that the Baldi monitor showing the time should be disabled while seeing it on the quick map as that would be redundant).

Not gonna lie, this whole update is REALLY good. The play styles are interesting and add a challenge, and the time limit was such a good idea. I like how the Principals office has its own timer. I also like the fact that the "No staying in after school hours in the halls" lie will be more seen, instead of just being in the Stealthy challenge. Altho there are some bugs, like the "BONUS QUESTION" being on an unanswered math machine

Here are 2 issues I want to report: 1. The pixel transition's speed is dependent on the frame rate; for example, if your computer is running slow, the transition will take a long time to finish. 2. Light passes through completely closed lockdown doors.

More feedback: 1. The Medium Endless map looks outdated for the current version; for example, the rooms look like they were generated with that procedural room generator before V0.4. 2. Even with the fix to NPCs (like Principal) permanently freezing on a Merry-Go-Round in a prior update, their movement still glitches on it before it turns. It's not a big bug, but it's still a bug. I think a fix could be for the NPC's route to add in some sort of a path to get off the Merry-Go-Round, taking into consideration the direction of the Merry-Go-Round, before resuming with the usual route.

No, this pre-release was the update that introduced the "hiding in the dark" feature, so it'd make sense for it to work properly in Medium Endless. (By the way, now that I remember, I modded the game for fun to disable the power of the cell I was standing in. I'm not sure if there's a way for fully dark tiles to appear naturally in that mode in the vanilla game, but still, I think the bug should be fixed, like for if the mode was changed in later updates or if fanmade mods added fully dark tiles for some reason.)

Here's a suggestion: During the Gravity Chaos event, Cloudy Copter's wind should only affect characters with the same orientation. Also, when you give a Bus Pass to Johnny and leave before he's finished thanking you for giving it to him, he will say the "Thank you for shopping!" line before the field trip loading screen appears, which is strange. Though you could keep it in to further sell the cheap 90s edutainment vibe of the game.

Also, in Johnny's Store, when you try to buy an item you don't have enough YTPs for, I think it would be nicer if there weren't additional "can't buy" lines queued when Johnny is speaking. So for example if you click on an item and Johnny is telling you that you can't afford it, you can click on the item as many times as you are able to while Johnny is speaking, and if you stop before he's done speaking, he won't say another line. I guess I explained it jankily but I'm a bit tired.

Also, there is sometimes a bug in which when an event happens, Baldi and some timer text overlap on the monitor.

More feedback: 1. The monitor that shows up at the top left should instead appear at the top middle, to not block the HUD and because it also feels like a more appropriate place. 2. There should be a sound effect for the Principal turning off the lights in rooms. 3. If items like Bus Pass are able to be stolen by It's a Bully, make them unable, because imagine bringing your Bus Pass all the way to just near the 2nd elevator, yet Bully steals it and you can't go on the field trips or even give it to Johnny.

Here's more feedback: 1. When giving the Bus Pass to Johnny, 1st Prize's hand should appear when you're looking at him. 2. Playtime's minigame shouldn't be able to activate when both she and you are in maximally dark areas, especially since she can't see you. 3. In the field trips' minigames, you shouldn't be able to pause (at least like how it is currently). Otherwise, players will exploit that to cheese them for undeserved rewards. If you want the ability to pause in the minigames, it should only be there in an intermission sort-of section in the minigames. 4. Additionally, even if you make as many errors as you can make in the minigames while still succeeding, you will earn just as many rewards as if you did them perfectly, minus that YTP reward. In the podcast, you said that you didn't want things like making a mistake early on and crippling your rewards for that mistake, and while I understand the thought process, I have a different perspective: a mistake is a mistake, and the reward compromise would teach the player to be more careful when playing the minigames in later games. 5. Rule breaks that linger for shorter than the current guilt linger that the player will be ignored in favor of those that linger for the same or longer. However, the sensitivity (how long the Principal takes to watch you after breaking a specific rule before starting to chase you for detention) of the rule breaks aren't taken into account. So for example, if you spray a BSODA (linger is 0.8 seconds while sensitivity is 0.25 seconds), then immediately open and stay near your storage locker (linger and sensitivity are both 1 second) for a moment, Principal will take 1 second before getting angry at you, despite you having broken a more sensitive rule. Maybe when breaking a rule with a longer linger but with less sensitivity, you get the linger of the rule while preserving the sensitivity of the other rule.

What I mean by "sensitivity" is the amount of time that the Principal has to see you, when breaking a specific rule, before starting to chase you for detention. In this case, when being in school after hours, he takes 1 second of seeing you before chasing you. I think he should take 0.25 seconds instead, like when you spray a BSODA or stay in a faculty room.

Awesome drop as always and I’m having fun trying to beat a level on intense with a 1 minute timer I think its a nice challenge ! The only nitpick I have is that there should be a slightly longer grace period for when the principal catches you after school as someone else mentioned. I find it funny that the principal is immediately out for blood when school is out LOL

I've seen that V0.3 changelog mentioned that the detention went faster than the real life timer. However, this change was not applied in this version and the detention still followed the real life timer until V0.7.1. It looks like the developer fixed this issue while trying to move the detention timer feature to the timer on the doors in the Principal's office.

I'll give you some feedback. It takes quite a bit of lag and the timer may have expired before. In the event, Baldi's subtitles are not the original text, but a script. Also, there's one thing I want. Please add a checkbox to remove or create a timer in the game settings. Check whether the checkbox is present or not. :Timer, no check:No timer, but I don't want a timer display.

I just want to say that I absolutly love the time limit and can't wait for the full release of 0.8! Not sure if this would be a good issue to report but on the last floor of seed -1142306634, there are a few spots that are deadends from the diagonal hallways. I rarely get these bad deadends anymore with the new level generation so I don't mind. I thought it was worth mentioning though. Also, I get a weird and surreal feeling when playing the third floor since its so bright now and I find that fantastic! Though, I do miss it being a little dark.

Id figured since theirs a lot of bugs that are commonly reported id like to contribute to this and say when the test spots you and you are standing right on a light source of 0 he will not detect you and quickly revert the lights until he spots you. (this is in 0.4 too i checked but its not as important for some reason)

I disagree; time limit is meant to be a consequence for staying in a floor for too long and incentivize getting out in a reasonable amount of time. Plus, even if it runs out, you can still hide from Baldi by using stealth-oriented items and hiding in dark areas (You can use Principal Whistle, then hide, for Principal to turn the lights in that room off, providing more dark areas), which increase in number as time goes on.

Some Feedback in general and regarding the timer (editing this): -as stated before i feel like the timer should go down quicker or be atleast capped to 1-2 minutes during the exit phase, as it makes it more chaotic than it already is thus fun -1 minute timer mode, whilst being for testing, is extremely fun on it's own, please keep it on the final release of 0.8 as i really really really really like playing it -i think itd be fun if getting all answers wrong in puzzle floor would give you 500-1000 ytps as reward, getting a answer wrong during hide and seek isn't risk-and-reward as baldi is permantly fast, being a permant downside, you're never gonna stragetically get an question wrong (except for timeout which is why 1 minute timeout should stay), before you could use for detention or A&C but now that basically isn't possible, so maybe there should be a little upside on getting one wrong? -Chakles should disappear faster when you're out of a classroom , that way there's some leeway onto collecting notebooks faster and he's more fair time to time -playtime should instantly regenerate your stamina when you complete her minigame, or be a mini-zesty, replenshes stamina with a mini-boost, that way players can actually use her to an advantage, when completing the minigame, it's something i've thought about since classic released -apple is too good, teleporter is basically an apple but balanced so as much as a cool the item is i feel like there should be a nerf to it, an idea would be keeping the apple is harder than giving it. just giving out idea -Make Portal Poster have 3-5 uses, there's alot of rooms that you can't use the portal poster in which kind of sucks as the main gimmick of it is creating entrances and shortcuts to areas, feel like you should try and make it so the portal poster can destroy decorations so you can properly make shortcuts without worrying that maybe the hallway has a locker -I feel like remaking the scissors to be an status remover item entirely would make it really really really good as an strategy item,porpusefully getting reflex mad so you can save up a scissors and "cut" yourself out of being shrinked, porpusefully getting detention and "cutting" half of the time you're in there getting blinded and "cutting" the time of being blinded. an status remover item seems really cool -i feel like principal keys should be able to open swinging doors too! but not UNLOCK them, just open them, having a lockdown door make a dead end without an button in sight? use the keys to temporily open it up, so it can close again. having a coin door right in your way but you want to save the coin for a bsoda? Use the key to open the swinging door, but be mindfull that it won't pay the fee! same for swinging doors!

Hello. I know I keep replying here, but since this is the dedicated bug/feedback spot I pretty much have to. More Bugs: Dying in the lowest light setting results in the UI being permenently dark, even where there is light. Feedback: Okay PLS add this. So I know the setting for having the timer at one minute was just for testing, but I actually find it really fun trying to beat the game where every floor has only one minute (I have actually beaten it once). Of course this would have to be optional.

I have found a bug that (I think) no-one has documented (Edit: It has). I got caught by Baldi in the darkness, and when I went to the Pit Stop, the HUD remained dark. Not really a game-breaking bug, but it's still a bug!

As far as I know, I think the classrooms don’t get darkened because the principal goes around to each room and turns off the lights for them

Also, Baldi's "Oh hi, welcome to my Super Schoolhouse!" line, the outside ambience, and glitch sound effect in the ending aren't affected by the sound volume settings; I heard them even when I set all settings to 0.

I know the map is temporary, but one thing I think you should change is making the markers/waypoints tile-aligned and prevent placing them out of bounds. Also, in my opinion I think if you click on a waypoint with the map open while on the same tile, it should delete it.

Got an error on an endless mode seed. First time getting the error screen on the elevator, actually! :P Seed Value is -313541549 Level ID is END EDIT: Actually, it seems like the random level generator for endless mode is just broken entirely! At least on my end, I tried multiple times and it always resulted in the red screen... I don't know what could be causing that, but it's definitely strange and probably not supposed to happen!

Just a suggestion: Similar to the power tubes, could you make it so there are 3 difficulty settings for the timer? Easy: Unlimited time for all 3 levels. Normal: Floor 1: 5 mins, Floor 2: 7.5 mins, Floor 3: 10 mins. (the default timers) Hard: Floor 1: 1 min, Floor 2: 3 mins, Floor 3: 5 mins. That would make the After-school effects more relevant and easier to see and add more challenge to the game, aswell as removing the timer for people who don't like the new timer feature. Great Update Either way, and I'm excited to see what will come with the final release of 0.8!

Played like 15 runs of this so here's my little review and feedback: The play styles are nice, nothing too groundbreaking but the strict/intense mode will defnitely help with my 'perfect' runs. The timer seems a bit too generous, even when doing my 'perfect' runs where i go to every single faculty room to check for ytps and do every single bonus question, I still have plenty of time left. Maybe decerasing it by 30 seconds for each level, or making it so that the timer starts the moment Baldi starts counting down instead of after (since its like 20-30 seconds of extra free time when he counts down). The level timer is also inconsistant with the results timer because the results timer counts down the moment the level begins. The full map changes and additions while nice, it does take up a bit too much space on the full map, definitely should be revised in the future. I don't like how level 3 is so bright now, before then it had those dimmer lights by default which gave it some nice atmosphere and distinction, now it looks just like any other level in the game. The most fun i've had playing this pre release was with the 1 minute timer for each level, it's not really that super hard to beat but I really enjoyed those runs and I really hope the 1 minute timer remains as an option instead of just being a test thing. Overall a pretty decent update so far, despite the timer not changing the game too much for me. Lokking forward to the new structures next time, and maybe a few new rooms too? (principal's office has like 1 variant since 0.4) Anyway now that i've shared some thoughts about the new features here's some bugs I've seen: Endless Mode random broke Math Machines always have the bonus question text Principal may sometimes not turn off the lights in the rooms he leaves when time's up (this can happen when you play the tape quickly after getting detention) Math Machines in full darkness cannot be interacted with. When Beans spits his gun, the animation for it doesn't play. The realistic tile floor texture doesn't appear in any level besides the first one (not counting gotta sweep's closet). Yellow doors sometimes clip into lockers.

Thank you a lot for that testing feature; now I can do a hard yet very fun challenge! This is just (a draft of) a list of questions that I will ask when replying to the podcast questions post. Can you explain the similarity between that song from the old pinball game and Despaci"-no! No! I don't want memes in my math class." What does the school not want its employees to see in the contracts? Who is Mr. Pomp? What would Baldi's reaction be to the fact that in order to have kids, he would have to do _some stuff_? (I know this is a corny question, but still)

So far I have played a fair amount of the 0.8 Prerelease, I think the new editions are amazing additions and I am so glad they are in the game, but they need some adjustments and additions to really flesh them out more; before I go into some suggestions and nitpics, I will first mention some bugs/weirdness I have encountered. - Bonus Machine text can sometimes appear before it is intended to - Elevator exit sign appears on the Pitstop (not talking about the exit sign to save and quit) -Endless mode is broken -Strict mode is listed as "Intense" mode in settings, while description displays its name as Strict mode Now that's out the way, I want to discuss some of my issues with some of the new additions and suggestions. Firstly, I feel like the sidebar in the Advanced Map takes up way too much space, I would suggest moving the timer to the top of the map's screen, the buttons somewhere to the left, and keep the markers in the sidebar but transform the sidebar into a drop down menu, so that if the player wants to only view the map, they can just press a button to hide it, and open it when they need to use/plan a spot to place them. Another nitpic I have is that I feel like the transition into closing time is lacking some sound ques, I feel like adding some sounds when its about to close will make it feel way more impactful, maybe something like a power down sound effect, or some type of bell ringing sound effect, etc. In conclusion, while I absolutely love the newly implemented features, I feel like they can be flesh out a lot more to make the experience even better, I am not saying that the features are bad or that this update is bad, I am just giving some suggestions and critism to make this update even better than it already is, also one last question, why are some of the markers numbers while others are alphabet letters? Regardless, I hope you have a good day and no longer have any pesky rats bothering you!

This was a blaaast! I really liked the game's "School's Out" feature, it really adds a thick layer of emergency. And I don't know if this was added in a prior update but the the effects when you use the eraser were really legit! I'm really liking where the game is headed.

I don't know if you take ideas but I had two while I was playing this build. 1. I think it would be cool if you could sell your items to Johny for YTPs. Since if you are speeding through floors, you never really have much points. 2. I feel like there needs to be more diversity in floors, items, and maybe even characters on each floor. Going off other another roguelike, The Binding of Isaac: It has different floor themes with different enemies and items on them. I think doing that with Basics Plus would be pretty cool. Although the school theme is incredibly limiting so I'm not sure how it would be done. Just a thought^^

I think the 2nd one about the pings is intentional, as they are markings of where you need to go next, and when you reach that location, it's not really needed anymore. I could be wrong.

I like the new lights out mechanic, but like someone else said, not having the characters despawn when time runs out doesn't really make sense. Also endless random is unplayable because the level generator crashes when trying to play it. Also I'm not sure if this is intentional or not but the new lighting mechanic where you're invisible if you're in a dark tile makes it so when you're looking at The Test and the lights flicker it makes everything unfreeze for a split second and makes the sound cue play again.

adding onto the test thing: 3 spots would be good as you have the ABC markers, so this could be a really cool addition to the test that makes you utilize the markers in their full potential

Feedback: - The difficulty options being on options and not in the play menu or before initializing hide-and-seek makes it so players aren't even aware there is a difficulty options unless told so or just stumble upon it, usually options are reserved for acessibility or internal settigns (like graphics, audio, resolution etc.) so likely alot of players will play on normal without knowing there is a option to spice gameplay up, obviously the play menu is gonna get a overhaul so i'd hope the difficulty options and other gameplay settings are put in a eventual play menu overhaul so i won't be focusing on it too much -Markings accidentally nerf the test a ton, you can just mark him on the map and you won't have to worry about remenbering his location at all as you'll always know where he when he's marked even on the quick map, which i feel like makes him less threatening as you'll won't have to rely on memory or marking with your sorroundings to known where he could be, which what made him fun... maybe markings could be disabled on a hard mode or have the test switch between 2-3 spots (With some hint that he switched, audio or visual, with a set pattern?) with the marking serving as way to know those spot but basically not be a GPS for him, which would make remenbering where he is seen REALLY important and thus make him more threatning than helpfull now -Whistle (even with blackout i feel like it's a item people skim over of how situational and risky it is to use, and idea i had was it could be used to distract the principal rather than be a principal-card, with maybe 2 uses that make it so the 2nd time it's used the principal teleports immidiatly to the position of the players, this can even be used with the markers, as you can mark where you used the whistle to know that the principal is gonna be THERE eventually, so you can use it to try and avoid/go inbetween those area, but not being reliable enough for it to be principal disable or principal GPS as it you KNOW he is gonna go there, but not HOW is gonna get there, which i feel like leaves room for more strategies than having the principal immidiatly come towards you.) -maybe make the markers be on a seperate tab from the maybe (with a arrow in the bottom right to open it) rather than it being on the map itself, that way you can add more markers and maybe even unlockable ones in the game without worrying about the map UI, also for the buttons for non-mouse users, maybe make to move the map-buttons are on the bottom left and expand and zoom are in the top right or left. being transluncet (or dithered in this case) that way the difference is more clearer and doesnt get in the way of the map -This one is something i've been excited since 0.8 status report but you should really make it so the timer goes down, that'd be make it go down faster or take down some time from it during the exit phase of the game, this makes it so possibly timeout can be experienced and played around with but adds a level or urgency and importance to the exit phase, you WANT to get out, no matter what, you HAVE to, going on a panic spree avoiding every charachter as baldi gets closer and closer to you, i feel like making the timer go down during it and even showing it during the exit phase adds this sense of pressure and intensity that this is IT, you have to RUN as fast as you can or else the school is gonna be OUT. -this one is more of a little Detail than gameplay, make it so it's another charachter rather than baldi that goes in the baldiTV during explorer mode? that would add a little life and the detail that baldi isn't there in explorer mode! maybe the plan is to make it so baldi is seen everywhere even when he is not chasing you??? idk

It's great, though I'm a bit mixed on some things. -Every character staying after hours seems weird, I think it would only make sense for baldi, the principle, and gotta sweep to stay in the school after hours. Maybe as when there's a minute left the characters start to leave. -Selecting the play style settings is weird to me, I feel like going into the settings to change the play style is very subtle, I could not find it for like 5 minutes and assumed I had to unlock it. I think asking before you enter floor 1 would be better. -I haven't seen anyone point out that the play style options for one tube is both named "strict" and "intense". -Being able to turn off the waypoints without going into the full map would be great.

So far the only bugs I've encountered are that all Math Machines are labeled as "Bonus Question" and that the cursor for the map is green. That last one I don't know if it is a bug or a personal choice.

SOME BUGS: endless levels (not medium) don't generate Classrooms don't get darkned (not sure if that's a bug or not but i feel like it's gonna make collecting notebooks in timeout a bit unfair) bonus questions appear on math machines even if they aren't on bonus mode baldi timeoutline has no subtitles (maybe placeholder, also im pretty sure that line is placeholder cause the filename says it is, probably because of the "get out now" line lol)

HUGE fan of how the lights out event works, this is shaping up to be my 3rd favorite update (that ive actually owned the game to experience at least), only got a small handful of gripes with this prerelease: -math machines are all mislabeled, as others have pointed out (just wanted to be thorough, and this is the only outright bug ive got here) -i would LOVE being able to see the timer in the quick map so you dont have to pause in order to view it -not the biggest deal, but i think that the student characters should either leave or get sent to detention on sight after hours, both because it makes sense and as a way to switch it up even further from normal gameplay -i think maybe the time limits are a bit too generous? its good to overshoot a bit to accommodate for less experienced players, especially on lower floors, but i was sitting around waiting on floor 1 to see the lights out event, which isnt exactly great for something thats meant to push players forward, so i think some adjustments to those numbers should be considered -obviously its all placeholder, but still, i dont like the way the map screen is laid out currently. i think putting markers in the bottom left, buttons in the bottom right, and the time limit in the top right would help it feel much less crunched

I think the timer feature needs more sound cues! I think mostly timers in general need sound cues. Also plenty of missed bugs and a missing subtitle key for Baldi. I like the lights out thing though, it's awesome. But Baldi telling the player to get out is rather subtle, a little too subtle..

Ok I love this quite a bit but heres some stuff i noticed thats kinda of wack!!! - EVERY ENDLESS RANDOM GAME HAS A LEVEL GENERATION ERROR! - all math machines are labeled as bonus questions - the baldi voiceline for the time limit does not have an echo! also for some reason it sounds like ai but that might just be me! ok i re-listened to it, it does not sound like ai im crazy - the buttons in the new minimap go over the border of the minimap (also they arent dithered which annoys me a little but its ok!) - the markers that you can put down in the minimap take up 1/3 of the whole minimap which is kind of annoying! i wouldnt mind it in a corner or like out of the 4:3 ratio but that wouldnt make much sense so yeah - not really a bug-ish type thing but you can stay after-hours by just sitting in the locked mystery room forever - also according to others there is no caption for the get out line! other than that i loved the after hours feature/time limit feature! i like how it gives you more pressure and stuff like that! i would recommend to make the time limit less for smaller maps, as for a floor 1 map, i got all the notebooks in like less than 1.5ish minutes and had like 4 minutes to spare. other than that i really do enjoy it! cant wait till the next one!!!

The baldi voiceline for the time limit going out does not have a proper subtitle, as its just the audio name. It also does not have an echo.

Hello Micah, First of all this update, great so far. I love the new ping ability, although having 1/3 of the map used for it in my opinion was a bit much, (you will probably get that statement a lot) Also I feel as if you should consider adding a voiceline for baldi when the timer is half done and all the other ones before the 0:00 mark. I know there is one for when school is fully over (which is placeholder), but I'm not sure if the timer appearing was final or just another placeholder For the play styles, I don’t think putting them in the settings was a good idea because people wouldn’t think to look there. Instead reimplement it right after you click hide and seek but before the elevator Bugs I found: Math machine now always displays "Bonus Question" Not bug issue, whenever you walk on the pings they of course dissapear in the schoolhouse, but on the main map they do not. Anyways that's all, I'm looking forward to the next release of this update and the new structures. Peace
