SEUS PTGI E3 Release!

This version brings yet more improvements to the filtering stage, adds sunlight with contribution to GI, and a new scheme for achieving infinite bounces (instead of just two bounces). 

The HALF_RES_TRACE option has been removed. Let me know if you used this option with PTGI E2 and would like to see it come back.

The requirements for running this shaderpack are as follows:

This shaderpack may work on older Minecraft versions, however compatibility is not guaranteed.

It is recommended that you run this shaderpack at 1080p or lower, since frame rate will drop dramatically as the game resolution increases.

everytime i use optifine e2 it crashes forge any fix?

I am using 1.16.4 with the latest download and light reflections on stone, and grass are very over powering. is there a setting that I can change to help correct this? water surface and glass is also invisible for me. I am also having a glitch(i think) with coulds. they are broken into chunks and have a non-aligning wave pattern

I don't have a water surface. It is as if the water is transparent like air. When I jump into the water and dive, everything is normal and works as it should. Minecraft is in version 1.12.2 and Optifine is 1.12.2 HD U E2. Does anyone have any advice for me? I am using SEUS PTGI E3 with the recommended adjustments in the settings.

That's what Nova Rendered is supposed to do... eventually. I really don't think those guys will ever finish it.

It could be done, just not with shaders. You'd have to completely replace the ancient OpenGL renderer with a DX12 / Vulkan renderer. While technically possible it's a herculean task.
