Added 2023-10-15 00:43:36 +0000 UTCFor those unaware, Patreon has chosen to add a "join for free" option on our pages.
I will never offer content on my Patreon for free, including all unreleased comics, timelapses, miscellaneous spice, basically everything paid patrons joined to see and to support. I will only prioritize patrons, not followers.
If you have recently joined creator pages for free, you will receive notifications for content you cannot view. This option was added to appease investors, nothing more. Otherwise it is a massive pain for both small creators and users. I was forced to hide my membership count as it has become wildly inaccurate, with earnings estimations inflated.
Also, this change has pushed me to begin developing comics that will be 100% Patreon exclusive, which is something I've resisted for years now.
Thanks everybody. Btw, "KOSMIK" is nearly complete. I'll let y'all know what's to come next.

Exactly. Yes, I encourage everyone to follow the Instagram for the finals, that's the purpose of the platform. Patreon's purpose is to finance those finals. The rationale behind switching to a follower system is fucking baffling, but anyone with a brain knows that it's because they want it to look like creators are performing better on their platform than they actually are to investors who have absolutely zero idea how the content creator ecosystem functions. This will hurt EVERYONE.
