3. These two pretty nice cops owe Ashleigh a favor and try to aquitter at best. This doesn't mean that Natalieβs father won't release her as soon as he'll learns that she's in at the station.
From now, if Ashleigh can prevail upon the district attorney to build a case against Natalie and go to trial, it will be another matter, only if the DA do. But all this stuff take some time, and Natalie will be free for a while.
And what if the Natalie's lawyers are Matthew Murdock and Foggy Nelson from Nelson and Murdock associate ?

Hmmm... two possible scenes:
1. They are trying to get Natalie to safety and protect her. Yeah, not my favorite scenario. It just means the corruption runs deep in the police force. However, Ashleigh dispels that by saying these officers can be trusted.
2. They are into the BDSM scene, know about Patricia and the dungeon, and know about Natalie and her antics. Note: they are not surprised by the way Patricia and the others are dressed.
Now, what about Natalie's father. I don't think it matters. He could be backing Natalie, but, there is too much evidence against her that even he cannot overcome, or bury. Natalie is toast. Her father cannot protect her.
However, if he had not been protecting his daughter, this may be the information he needs to discipline her properly. Maybe he knows about the dungeons. That would be a hoot. Natalie could be given to Kimberly for an attitude adjustment program. But, he may just turn around and let the process send Natalie to prison. Me, I vote for dungeon time. π
