First thing that comes to my mind when I see these two is Alleria bent over Nefarian's Throne in Blackwing Lair, pinned down for his "royal" services. Another thought that comes to my mind is Alleria having the Lord of Blackrock pinned down on the ground and resting on his face. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
