In terms of your back, even just a tweak of a nerve can set off a muscle spasm, so I’d recommend magnesium if you wanted to try it (coming from a nurse that worked neuro for a year). I get the same issue sometimes, I hate the pulling feeling down the back of my leg when my sciatic nerve gets annoyed 😬

The absolute speed I followed up screaming with GOLF BALLS is a world record I think lol thanks for giving me that opportunity 🤣 I hope you figure out stuff with your back. Back pain is not fun at all :( I'm so glad the latest video is doing so well! Love the energy and excitement you bring to all videos, but the off the cuff fun ones are great!
