Today I'm delivering a revisited version of an old recording of the same name, as per request from a fan.
The purpose of this recording is to be a useful tool if you are looking to do what the title says, or even if you are just looking to relax to the sound of my voice.
Different people react to hypnosis differently and you might need repeated listens to remove all of the unwanted conditioning from your mind.
I created this recording to be as generic as possible to ensure everyone could use it even if they didn't have anything they wished to remove. For this reason, the recording mentions "unwanted things" as a generic term to help different people with whatever they may be looking to get rid of and has a heavy relaxation theme to it, allowing you to listen to it freely as many times as you'd like.
Like I said before, different people react to hypnosis differently. Ideally, this recording should help you remove both mine and other people's triggers.
