Update!
Added 2023-04-03 17:10:48 +0000 UTCI've been dealing with covid a couple of days here now and it completely derailed this elk series. I've decided I need to shelve it because its impact won't be the same after so much time after the last installment, but I kind of dig the cliffhanger aspect of it. While the new page looks like it will be a banger, it is not going to land and I have to pivot. Real shame.
My plan now is to continue putting together the next 3 or 4 pages of The Velluto Duo to be released exclusively on Patreon, and amidst that an ambitious comic I've planned since November with animated pages, entitled "Thrillseeker" featuring Ellie and Eli, Ellie specifically doing something batshit insane and majestic. The animated aspect inspired by an Adam Ellis comic a ways back with the moving doll eyes. It'll take me some time to figure out how he achieves the seamless quality of moving panels, but I think I have the equipment to make it happen.
