2024-11-29 23:11:02 +0000 UTCThere were 3 robots in this episode that were actually on Robot Wars: Invertebrat, Cerberus and Plunderbird 4. Explosives, corrosives, acids and untethered projectiles were all banned in Robot Wars and only house robot Sgt Bash had a flamethrower. I think certain explosives or projectiles were allowed in the Battlebots reboot (Brutus and Double Jeopardy had them). I would be down for Robot Wars reactions if you're down for it.

Also Simon jokes about the girlfriend who introduced him to Nick saying he dumped her and kept Nick! 🤣

I think it's just Tim wanting to role play with Philippa Forester, who a lot of people had a crush on the 90s. She was one of the presenters on Robot Wars.
