My Grandparents lived in Snowdonia back in the 70's and 80's. Me and my Bro used to love climbing up a hill and watching the Harrier jump jets and Tornado's fly over.

2023-11-09 02:17:00 +0000 UTCI live in Snowdonia and we have an RAF airbase where they do low level flying practise in the mountains all the time, pilots from all over the world come here to train, loads from the states too, amazing to watch but at 9am on a Sunday morning when you have a hangover it can be a pain in the arse! π€£ There's one area called the Mach Loop which is a deep sided valley, and if you walk right to the top the jets fly past you at a lower altitude so you're looking down at them, it's surreal to watch, really incredible, loads of videos from the Mach Loop on YouTube.
