2024-10-23 16:01:05 +0000 UTCI know I've already left two comments but I just wanted to say, Elena's compounding of the two western sayings "What doesn't kill you makes stronger" and "ignorance is bliss" into "what you don't know makes you stronger" is, for me, not only the funniest line in all peep show, but the funniest line in sitcom history. (its surprising how differently people experience things though, I was disappointed that you didn't seem to rate that line, and probably most people don't, but for me its the perfect thing an eastern European woman could come up with after experiencing western values for a little bit, or at least Mark and Jeremy for a little bit).

But watching your reaction I’ve found a new respect for Webbs performance as Jez. His lines and the way he delivers them, his affect, facial expressions, it’s amazing. Your appreciation of Jez is awesome.

With regards to Johnson seeming a bit off, note how all the furniture is massive but in a tiny house. It makes sense from a continuity standpoint (Johnson having to downsize but still having the furniture from his old, bigger house) but also makes everything in the house just seem a bit weird.
