How's this for art evolution?

I just wanted to share this image since I believe I have made a lot of progress in the last 3 or so years. I stopped drawing for close to 15 years before starting the DA page and I never feel like my work is good enough (I've discovered this to be an occurrence that happens to all good artists), but seeing these 3 images close to each other makes me realize the improvements I've made.

The first one was a concept image I made when this idea came to my mind. The second one was made a few days later and you can already see there was an improvement even there. As for the last one, well, I think this is one of my best works so far. I respect almost everyone's tastes but there is a point where the muscIe growth images just stop being sexy and start looking like some weird body horror. I have always said that I like my muscular women looking well... like women and I think I stroke a great balance with this one, and with Pricess Ariel's muscle grow between muscles and feminity.

As an aside note, I had just seen MOTU: Revelations and instantly fell in love with Evil-Lyn's muscular form. You can see some I took some inspiration form that in this design, expecially the long, bare legs and Bulma being barefoot.

I'd like to think this bodes well for the next contest since we'll be seeing 2 different divisions with different types of bodies which offers a lot of opportunities to see our favorite heroines increas their already considerable sex appeal.

As always, your comments are welcome either here or by DM!

Thanks for the comments! And the weirdest thing is that I considered the middle one the best version but now it pales in comparison to the more recent one. I guess that might happen with this new one in the future.

Other than the better design for her muscle build, you can tell for sure you've seriously been improving in drawing faces. There is more details when it comes to the jaw line, curves, and eyes. Nice improvements!

My good man, I have an idea for a special suit she could be wearing and I'll definitely take your recommendations into account.

Yeah, I understand some people have different tastes, so I hope I wasn't being judgemental. But I do like having that perfect balance of muscle mass and a femenine figure

Reqxou

It does have the reflective effect, just more subdued. I think that looks well with muscle contestants because it makes her look tanned so I toned it down here.

Reqxou

and again, I hope you will draw a long boots and gloves for her hahaha

In fact, I think the most important thing for muscular women is to match their body proportions with the size of the muscle blocks. If you want to have huge muscles, then the skeleton of the same character also needs to grow, including the size of the head and hands and feet, in order to maintain sexiness. Based on the many pictures I have seen, my point of view is that the reason why people feel the loss of 'sexy' elements is because of the imbalance in proportion that I mentioned earlier, which leads to the characters appearing to develop horizontally rather than vertically. The manifestation of 'horizontal' development gives the impression of a pile of squeezed flesh, appearing bulky, chubby, and strange

In fact, I think the body proportion in the third picture is very good, giving it a feeling of being slender, but unfortunately losing the reflective effect of the first two pictures. I think this can be added
