In fairness, most Trans folks I know wouldn't go "THAT'S TRANSPHOBIC!" If they surprised someone like this either, though. Unless they're an asshole. Kinda like a Straw Feminist claiming you're "unwomaning" them because you hold the door open for them out of common courtesy.
