They are still trapped in one room. It's definitely not easy to understand. I think the problem of confusing the all-ages version and the adult version at the same time has come to light. Like, who Saitani was fucking in the previous 5pg release, why they started living together, and how they went from just being roommates to...locked up in a dungeon of some kind?
