New apartment upgrade and activities: jump rope, punching bag, and pull up bar - all available at Ulric's
new art: level 16, old art removed since there's a scene image that is almost identical.
level 31 moved to level 30
new art: Level 32
new art: Level 41
old lvl-41 moved to lvl 42
new art: Level 50
new art: Level 60
New activities: jogging, sprinting
