Made the set a bit larger cause I was late on this one. Also cause it's the only commission left on the list.

My case got a small but important update. Their attempt to get it thrown out on technicalities has failed, the committee is continuing the hearing, and they're gonna have to explain in person how the committee has 'no jurisdiction' on this case. That's gonna be an absolute fiasco for them, cause their reasoning is so insane it barely works on paper, but to do it in person? I can't wait to see them try that hahahah

Meanwhile the company continues their worrisome patterns of communication just giving me more and more evidence to use in this case.

I'm very curious to see where this all leads. Will the committee tear them apart, will they surrender before then, will they double down for the 300th time and still try? Who knows, guess we'll see. I hope this stuff isn't boring ya'll. Just a friendly reminder every single company will employ "Deny, delay, defend" tactics no matter how right you are, how bad they fucked up, or even how much it costs.

This is their bread and butter, big slow corporate machines don't improvise well when it all falls apart on them. The script has no section for "oh shit all of these tactics are being documented in real-time"

So anyway, they are not immune to the law, no matter how much they want to make it look that way. All up till the moment they're in-front a judge.
