I paint about 14 hours a day.
Added 2025-06-16 13:52:06 +0000 UTCPart of it is because I'm on a deadline, but the other part is that when I'm painting with paints, if I don't paint before the screen dries, it gets uneven, and the paints I put out on the palette keep hardening, so I think I should paint until I use up all the paints on the palette, and so on, and the time is sneaking by.......I thought to myself, "I should paint until I use up all the paint on the palette," and the time passed by without me noticing.I realized that the time had passed by so fast that my paintings haven't changed much. ......
This is a picture I started yesterday to rest my hand after getting tired of painting a huge picture.
At first I had a hard time getting it to look the way I imagined, but in the end I really liked the picture.
This painting will be sold at Tsunekage Gallery in the near future.
締め切りに追われているのもあるのですが、絵の具で絵を描いていると、画面が乾く前に塗ってしまわないとムラができてしまったり、パレットに出した絵の具がどんどん固まってしまうので、パレットの絵の具を使い切るまで描いてしまおう、とか思っているうちに、ずるずると時間が過ぎてしまって、気づいたら時間が過ぎていました。そのわりに絵はあんまり変わってないんですよね……。
これは昨日、巨大な絵を描くのに疲れて、手を休めるために描き始めた絵。
最初イメージ通りにならなくて四苦八苦しましたが、最終的にはとても気に入った絵になりました。
この絵も近いうちに、常影画廊で販売します。
