Life-size lain.

I painted gesso on the wooden panel, drew line drawings with a pencil, added some shadows with a watercolor pencil, and extended them with a brush dipped in water.
I try to find a balance in a monotone like this and think about how to finish it.
It is not a painting that I feel like using very saturated colors, so I think I will probably finish it as it is in monotone.
こんなに大きな人物を描くのは初めてです。思ったよりも顔のバランスを取るのが難しい。
木のパネルにジェッソを塗って、鉛筆で線画を描き、水彩鉛筆で少し影を入れて、水を含ませた筆で伸ばしています。
こんな感じでモノトーンでバランスを見つつ、どう仕上げていくか考えます。
あまり彩度の高い色を使う感じの絵ではないので、モノトーンのまま仕上げる事になりそうな気がします。
