Patreon Campaign April Updates
Added 2015-04-04 18:22:47 +0000 UTCTwo updates for the Patreon Campaign for April. First of all, a huge thank you to everyone for getting us here. In the past 60 days we've seen over $100 in additional pledges which meant not only starting to produce maps under a full commercial license that anyone can use, but releasing three maps under that license last month and I expect to release four maps under the commercial license this month! You have made a huge change in my ability to continue to produce these maps. Thanks to you I pay my rent, buy my food and pay all my bills through cartography and it is awesome. And it is because of you. And people have been using the new license that you unlocked! There are already two adventures published using maps from last month's commercial releases, and they are being implemented into Inkwell Ideas' latest kickstarter campaign. This is thanks to your help, patrons. But that $300 milestone was the last milestone I had listed for the campaign. Sure, as we continue increasing the pledge total more maps will get released each month - but I can't just sit there with the left-hand column of Milestone Goals empty... and my first thought was rather unwieldy (did you know that if I had a starting pledge of $15,152 per map, I would average out at just about exactly a million dollars in pledges per year? Not a reasonable milestone, but a fun one to calculate). So now there is a $450 goal to start releasing maps from the Dodecahedron back catalog.
