I feel like the doctor definitely must've been bought by Hua Yong or something. Surely doctors in this universe have a way of being able to know someone's secondary gender. I mean ....he'd need to know it to prescribe the correct medication. He just seemed a bit too calm to me about Hua Yongs injuries healing fast. Usually in Omegaverse, Omegas heal much slower than the other secondary genders
