Yesterday was a crazy day! At 12:30 PM, there was a massive blackout across the entire Iberian Peninsula! All of Spain and Portugal lost power and communications (how useless a phone is without internet 😅).

I was without power for six hours, which passed quickly, but there were people who didn't get power back until well into the night. The internet was out until the evening.

So, I won't be going to class today because I don't think things are quite back to normal yet. Yesterday, there was a real traffic jam when the traffic lights weren't working. And some people slept in the train stations because they couldn't get home. The trains already announced that it would be the last time they would be back on, so it could be that they're still not running. I doubt there will be any classes at the university.

I'm going to have breakfast, and I think I'll take advantage of the opportunity to do a little cleaning in my apartment. Do you want to see me in my maid outfit? 😏💗
