A wolf(Stark), a lion(Lannister), and a stag(Baratheon) fighting a three headed dragon(Targaryen). The three key houses involved in overthrowing the mad king.

Also, they told me, that I had a broken nose, so they sent me, to an Ear Nose and Throat doctor or (ENT doctor).
