Meushi 2.0

Color test and some details on the Meushi redesign. I probably have a lot I can say about this - but mainly I think this works way better for both her personality and character as well as making her more interesting for me personally. It actually gets me excited to draw her again having a design for her I really like.

In her original role as a mascot she had a very generic design: and while I added details to her story and personlity; her appearance was always very "Generic cow girl mascot" and that led to a pretty big gap for me. I wound up putting a lot of her ideas into a character that was going to be her sister, but the redesign has let me work those ideas back into her.

A really good example, that came up is her tattoos. Details like that which I always wanted to add to her that I was talked out of kept her design very boring to me.
