Last Minute Schedule Change
Added 2019-08-27 04:25:04 +0000 UTCI'm making a change to when I post the comic pages: I'm sitting here again cramming because I want to get more done before I post and I have a better solution.
I understand if this is frustrating: this is mostly inspired by how upset I am with myself for my pretty terrible showing the last two months. I wanted to have the whole thing inked already and my poorly managed schedule sabotaged that. So I'm making some changes to try and fix my behavior.
This week is the first week I will be posting comic updates on Friday instead of Monday: so there will be the same number of updates this month either way but I will be posting the comic update as one of the last updates of the month and will keep that schedule moving forward. Saturday is a day dedicated to other things currently and Friday is when I do most of my maintaining other updates for work, so it should prevent me from cramming last minute to get as much extra stuff in as I can and just making a bunch of sloppy lines I have to clean up later. Basically this is just a way of kind of correcting my own behavior so I can be more consistent rather than posting at random times Monday morning or late at night.
This wont affect any other part of my schedule just when I post comic updates. This is just a way for me to be better about the update schedule and be more consistent with my work for patreon, Monday has led to a lot of sloppy and bad work on the comic and I'm already not comfortable with how long its taking me.
tldr: Comic updates are going to be scheduled on Fridays this week and going forward.
Edit: (I got so worried about this post that my brain wouldn't let me stop working and sleep so hey, at least three pages got inks finished, that's a net positive!)
