Newsletter: Issue #1

Hello everyone!

These past few months have been quite rough. But despite many ongoing family issues that still need to be resolved, I’ve launched a Kickstarter campaign for Volume 2 of Grey Crow!

As you may already know, I’ve been working on a webtoon series about Oscar Wilde. You probably remember the day I introduced him in Victorian Omens—the comic where Crowley discovers that Aziraphale has fallen in love with a human and is trying to save his life against God’s plans. Ever since that comic, I realized Oscar deserved more recognition. So, in 2024, I started a webtoon series called Grey Crow (which was actually his college nickname—though no one knows why).

In 2025, Grey Crow found a publisher, and we began turning it into a printed comic book series. We’ve already released Volume 1, and as the webcomic version continues, we’re now launching Volume 2—this time through Kickstarter!

As you know, I don’t post Grey Crow on Patreon—it has always been a Webtoon exclusive. The comic book version is even more special: it includes corrected details and some extra panels. Holding that first printed volume in my hands felt like holding a newborn!

The Kickstarter campaign is packed with rewards. We’ve added a 2026 calendar featuring many beloved ships (from Good Omens to Lokius)—one for each month. The header image for this post is the Good Omens one! I’ll also be doing exclusive sketches for those who choose the higher tiers.

This project means a lot to me. Grey Crow—or Oscar—has taken all my energy these past months, and seeing it become a printed comic book series truly feels like a dream come true.

As you’ve noticed, this is a newsletter—a new Patreon feature I’m excited to try out. Let me know if you like the idea of getting little updates like this at the beginning or end of each month. I’ll do my best to keep them coming!
