Load the HED and Open pose directory in the control net unit. Only these 2 are needed in the json workflow.
A detailed video tutorial on how to make these videos are almost done, it will be out soon.

Thanks for sharing this excellent workflow. It has accumulated a lot of knowledge for me. Now I try to add LCM high-speed model to achieve faster results.
