You may have noticed her as one of the accolytes training at the Ranvenhurst house when Hope goes to visit.
Just like Joy, she's one of many knights in training that visit Grace's home at some point in their pilgrimade.

I'm gonna guess that's just an artistic thing, kinda like how characters get stars or money symbols in their eyes when they're excited about something.
