I’ve only been a patron for a short time, so I have no basis for comparison. I’ve sent a couple of DMs, as I’m in a tough spot, but at the same time, if I get a reply, it will be when you get around to it…something many can let slip from the forefront of their minds, is that you have your own life, plus you have MANY people messaging you…as such, can’t expect it to be instantly replied :)
