I agree. You look healthy, and I’m sure you feel healthy. I know that I could probably stand to lose a pound or 30. 5’9” and around 220, but damn, I love food! I love beer! Knees, hips, and back hurts! Maybe I’ll start running again… ok, walking. Baby steps, right?
