The second the server walked away to ring in the order, I would have been on her heels like fuckin' super glue, straight back to the manager, briefly explain the situation and wait for a resolution. If the manager sided with the date/server and sanctioned ringing in a third meal, I would have asked for a menu, found the cost of anything I consumed, added it up, then walked back over to the table without SAYING A WORD, pulled out enough cash to cover my own stuff plus a little extra for tax, slapped it on the table, then turned around and fucking LEFT. No tip, nothing for anyone else, no explanations, NOTHING.
Needless to say, Roger the Alien's number would be blocked and deleted from my phone before I got to my car. And if by chance I'd picked Roger up for the date instead of meeting her there? Looks like she's on the hook for her own meal, Roger jr's meal AND an Uber. Maybe then she'll learn to appreciate what other people bring to the discussion. But we all know odds against that are like Tommy Chong: pretty fuckin' high.

Another question: Did she try to reach him during that hour and a half, or did she just start drinking? Then she had the gall to double down after trying to order a meal to go when he said no, and made it two meals plus some apps.
You didn't have to wait, you could've left. You chose to stay, and you did it knowing you were going to try to snake some extra steaks from him, that you probably wouldn't even give your kids, but just eat yourself later, just giving them the tenders. "You owe me for making me wait." That's fine to say and all, but it becomes a negotiation after that, he decides how he'll make it up to you, and you decide whether to accept or offer alternatives.
Do you really think he's going to take you out again after the crap you just pulled on him? If she was there and ordering before he arrived, she can take the bill at this point, why is it even on him to pay? He didn't even open the tab for her. Even after all that he was still trying to do the right thing and pay for his meal and hers, instead of his or none.
