Question for Pimax Headset Viewers, Cancun Audio Sync Issue
Added 2025-04-16 16:03:05 +0000 UTC1. Something went wrong in the pipeline and caused audio sync issue for Cancun experience. Patching it now, expect updated V2 Cancun up in under 24 hours along with the last two remaining Cancun parts.
2. I have seen a few of my supporters are using Pimax headsets to enjoy the experiences. Can you please comment which app you are using to watch? I do not own a Pimax but would appreciate knowing your setup so that I can let other Pimax owners know how to watch. I will be making the switch to MVHEVC with the Ursa Cine Immersive (when they finally ship my preorder) so it would be great if 4xvr would work on Pimax. I assumed it did, but now not so sure anymore.

Ive noticed a few instances where we have V1 and V2 videos, when we have a V2, cant you just get rid of the V1?
