Batcat WIP
Added 2022-02-20 04:35:02 +0000 UTCWIP on the BatCat (poll winner). I realized I forgot to include the works for the commission tier when I made my content outline. So there will be 2 less elves than I originally said but the count will be the same (6 artworks for mid/high tiers, 4 for lower).
