May 2023 - Progress Update and Sketch Dump

May has ended, and PRIDE MONTH is now upon us~

May itself was sadly not very productive, mostly due to a lot of my free time being consumed by a certain AAA open world video game that came out that I happened to acquire a free copy to. Yes, Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has consumed my May. not helped by the fact that I am generally a soft completionist kinda gamer, and TOTK is positively bloated with content (way too much imo, especially with how much of it said content is reused), which means I end up with a lot of hours sunk into it. Luckily, I am almost completely done with it, so June will likely be free from the menace of Hylian adventures.

as for what little got done before TOTK consumed me, Hypnagogia has been fully updated now that MSPFA is back up and running, and I decided to go ahead with the special [S] page for it, a micro-game of sorts. I had even gotten most of the core programing of it done, mostly just needing to make all the needed art assets now and polish it up. I was hoping to have that done by the end of May, but well, that didn't happen.

For My Boyfriend's a Werecat!, it got near completely untouched, naturally, due to the consumed time.

also of note for May is I did a fun little art prompt challenge called TransforMAYtion for this months daily doodles, and showed them all off publicly on my twitter, hence why this update is freely available to non-patrons.

I was of course able to continue streaming, even making affiliate on Twitch, which unlocked a handful of features i still don't know how to use. That'll continue to be a thing, though i will be taking a few weeks off streaming near the end of june, early july time as I am off to visits family.

Now, for June itself, outside of the period where I am going to be away visiting family, my sole goal is to actually finish the Hypnagogia [S] page micro-game, which i should be able to do given June is looking to be an excess of free time for me to focus on projects like this.
